Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enter patient demographics and complete change order paperwork
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments while providing information to patients and case managers
  • Identify patient needs and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school graduate
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Home Health/DME related experience is preferred; knowledge of insurances is a plus
