A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter patient demographics and complete change order paperwork
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments while providing information to patients and case managers
- Identify patient needs and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school graduate
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Home Health/DME related experience is preferred; knowledge of insurances is a plus
