A company is looking for a Digital Communications Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming chat, email, and SMS in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate notes in the CRM system
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate member of management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute (WPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Houston, Texas area resident and authorized to work for any employer in the United States
