Disputes Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disputes Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Track and research credit bureau disputes; respond to customers and credit reporting agencies
• Manage internal dispute processes end to end, including investigation and information verification
• Produce monthly reporting to the banking partner in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years in operations or banking, fintech, credit disputes, and/or fraud
• Chargeback and Credit Investigations & Disputes experience preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to credit reporting, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a plus
• Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to the position
