Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive customer success through data integration and governance technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships from a technical perspective, advising on implementation and adoption of data integration solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to deploy best practices and conduct technical workshops to empower them with product advancements
  • Research and recommend solutions to data challenges, creating joint Success Plans to maximize customer value
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in a data engineering field with experience managing multiple customers and projects
  • Proficiency in implementing data integration and transformation solutions, preferably with Qlik and/or Talend technologies
  • Experience with Data Quality and Governance solutions, and familiarity with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Lakehouse technologies
  • Knowledge of databases such as DB2 and SQL Server, and experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
  • Expertise in designing complex data solutions for cloud platforms, particularly Azure, AWS, or Google
