Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive customer success through data integration and governance technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships from a technical perspective, advising on implementation and adoption of data integration solutions
- Collaborate with customers to deploy best practices and conduct technical workshops to empower them with product advancements
- Research and recommend solutions to data challenges, creating joint Success Plans to maximize customer value
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years in a data engineering field with experience managing multiple customers and projects
- Proficiency in implementing data integration and transformation solutions, preferably with Qlik and/or Talend technologies
- Experience with Data Quality and Governance solutions, and familiarity with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Lakehouse technologies
- Knowledge of databases such as DB2 and SQL Server, and experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Expertise in designing complex data solutions for cloud platforms, particularly Azure, AWS, or Google
