A company is looking for a Lead SAP Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP CS functionalities
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM modules
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals while overseeing project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive SAP experience, focusing on SAP Customer Service module
- Proven experience leading SAP projects and teams, including international projects
- In-depth hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management and CS modules
- Relevant SAP Certifications (SD, CS, Service Management, Project Management) preferred
