Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Processing Specialist (Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Audit, verify, and process orders of software licenses from customers/distributors
• Update and log activity into Salesforce CRM regarding closed orders and customer accounts
• Issue purchased licenses and communicate with other teams regarding order documentation and accuracy

Qualifications

• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to support high volume during peak times around quarter and year end
