Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Processing Specialist (Pacific Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, verify, and process orders of software licenses from customers/distributors
- Update and log activity into Salesforce CRM regarding closed orders and customer accounts
- Issue purchased licenses and communicate with other teams regarding order documentation and accuracy
Qualifications
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to support high volume during peak times around quarter and year end
