Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients by handling inquiries promptly and effectively
- Guide clients through the electronic signing of annual 5500 filings and ensure completion of required documentation
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system while consistently meeting department Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Designated workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work
