A company is looking for a Remote Fraud Support Call Center Representative (CCC).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls regarding fraudulent debit, credit, or ATM activities
- Assist cardholders following standard procedures and direct them to their financial institutions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and quality review sessions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24/7 contact center
- Reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 20 Mbps download)
- A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
