Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Member Engagement Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between health plan members, providers, and the Member Engagement team
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage data tracking for member interactions
- Meet departmental goals for customer service, quality, and productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or two years of relevant work experience
- Previous appointment scheduling and/or call center experience required
- High volume outbound calling experience preferred
- Experience with call center technology systems and Salesforce is highly preferred
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
