A company is looking for an Appointment Coordinator (Central Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth qualification on over 100 leads daily and follow the established lead process
- Engage with prospective patients via text, email, or phone to arrange consultations
- Establish and meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience handling a large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Full-time availability including weekends and the ability to work 3-11pm Eastern
