A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager-Fitness & Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-40 mid-market accounts, focusing on retention and growth opportunities
- Execute the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services within the portfolio
- Act as a product expert, driving adoption and managing client challenges to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing strategic and growing accounts
- Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections
- Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the fitness industry, preferably boutique fitness; BA/BS Degree preferred
