Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for IPTV and Internet services
- Perform troubleshooting and follow-up testing to resolve customer issues
- Act as the primary support liaison between the company and residential customers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
