A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with patients and customers to discuss healthcare needs and benefits
- Build rapport and present the value of healthcare programs to members
- Resolve customer concerns and help members set and achieve healthcare goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
