Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Tier 3 Engineer NAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage customer issues, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve them
- Mentor support engineers and contribute to the development of Knowledge articles
- Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with various departments to address customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced Support Engineer (tier 3-4) background from web/network/information security companies
- Strong skills in Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers
- Great troubleshooting abilities with a passion for resolving complex technical problems
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS technology providers
- Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols and standards
