Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Tier 3 Engineer NAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage customer issues, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve them
  • Mentor support engineers and contribute to the development of Knowledge articles
  • Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with various departments to address customer needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Experienced Support Engineer (tier 3-4) background from web/network/information security companies
  • Strong skills in Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers
  • Great troubleshooting abilities with a passion for resolving complex technical problems
  • Experience with Cloud and SaaS technology providers
  • Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols and standards
