Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative tasks related to member services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative intake of members' prior authorization requests
  • Process incoming and outgoing referrals and assist clinical staff with documentation
  • Handle resolution and inquiries from members and/or providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of healthcare customer service experience
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure internet connection
  • Must reside in a location with high-speed internet service
