Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative intake of members' prior authorization requests
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals and assist clinical staff with documentation
- Handle resolution and inquiries from members and/or providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- 1+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure internet connection
- Must reside in a location with high-speed internet service
