- Provide personalized call experiences and problem resolution for clients
- Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to assess situations
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
- Annuity experience preferred
- Must have passed the SIE exam; Series 6 exams to be completed within 90 days of hire
- Experience in managing complex customer interactions from support to resolution
- Ability to pass a background check (criminal and financial)
