A company is looking for a Complaint Handling Intake Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process complaints to ensure proper coding and assessment
- Perform data entry and prepare reports related to complaints and lot qualifications
- Review lot documentation to identify anomalies related to product failures
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in data management or record keeping
- Experience in the Medical Device field or related transferable experience
- Technical aptitude in data management
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
