Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaint Handling Intake Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and process complaints to ensure proper coding and assessment
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports related to complaints and lot qualifications
  • Review lot documentation to identify anomalies related to product failures
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in data management or record keeping
  • Experience in the Medical Device field or related transferable experience
  • Technical aptitude in data management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
