Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor for complex customer issues, creating technical articles and providing best practices for future problem resolution
- Perform complex product troubleshooting, collaborating with development teams to resolve incidents and optimize support delivery
- Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through feedback and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check
- Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions related to government agency customers
- Experience in technical support or consulting roles
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
