  • Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through feedback and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check
  • Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions related to government agency customers
  • Experience in technical support or consulting roles
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
