A company is looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding/Migrations Specialist (Germany).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers in Germany through onboarding and platform setup
- Coordinate smooth and accurate data migrations from previous platforms
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (written & verbal)
- 2+ years experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or migrations
- Experience with data migration, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and CRMs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across time zones
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote startup
