A company is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using the medical device
- Relays complex customer inquiries to appropriate departments and team leaders
- Assists with setting up accounts for new customers and performs patient registration
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a similar role
- Remote/WFH setup needed: computer monitor, Windows 10+, 3 USB ports, internet speed of at least 25mbps
- Prior remote experience preferred
- Professional, communicative, reliable, and trustworthy candidates sought
