Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
- Receive calls from distributors and end users
- Provide reliable information to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- College or University diploma/degree
- Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call volume environment
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
- Dependable and capable of making decisions with minimal supervision
