A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, and financial responsibilities
- Process credit card payments and initiate payment plans while adhering to compliance protocols
- Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior healthcare experience preferred, especially in medical billing and collection practices
- Knowledge of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) and professional medical billing
- Computer proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office, and database experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
