A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for the customer by coordinating between various teams to ensure technical success
- Support customers through technical lifecycle activities, including architecture planning and security design
- Guide customers in advancing their data streaming maturity and provide periodic reviews on technical health
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical field role for a product/SaaS company with enterprise customers
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud networking/security technologies
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies
- Ability to manage multiple customers and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with distributed systems or streaming solutions, particularly with Apache Kafka
