A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new members through a personalized onboarding process and address their inquiries
- Manage the end-to-end ACAT transfer process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Provide ad-hoc support to members while maintaining thorough documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or member experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience with white glove service or high-touch client management
- Strong understanding of investment account transfers, particularly ACATs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
