Ohio Licensed Hospice Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
• Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered care
• Access EMRs for charting and complete documentation during and after calls

Required Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
