A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant (Contract to Close).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage customer documentation
- Assist in preparing and submitting loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain customer contact and provide updates on loan application status
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Active MLO licensing required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data entry and software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
