A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
- Guide and educate customers about health care topics and benefit plan options
- Assist customers in navigating websites and connect them with care providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
- Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during normal business hours with flexibility for overtime
