Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
  • Guide and educate customers about health care topics and benefit plan options
  • Assist customers in navigating websites and connect them with care providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
  • Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during normal business hours with flexibility for overtime
