A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist- Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with non-English speaking clients and potential clients
- Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Financial Institutions, and end-users/customers
- Provide training and direction regarding cultural understandings and relationship-building strategies
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in customer service, customer development, or customer maintenance
- Basic computer operation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be 18 years of age or older
