Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear client retention goals and nurture client relationships post-sale
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software while promoting product value
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any training needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience
- Experience with SaaS solutions, preferably in the construction space
- Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools
- Basic understanding of geographical client management
- Experience using HubSpot is preferred
