Key Responsibilities

  • Document incident status, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base resources
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience
  • Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products
  • Ability to learn corporate applications, technology, and customer support processes
  • Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment
