Key Responsibilities
- Interact with internal customers to provide and process information regarding products and services
- Provide Level 1 support, including assessing and escalating tickets as needed
- Document incident status, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base resources
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products
- Ability to learn corporate applications, technology, and customer support processes
- Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment
