A company is looking for a Licensed Supervisor, Operations - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 10 or more agents, including input on hiring and payroll documentation
- Identify and coach agent development areas to enhance performance
- Conduct phone call monitoring and desk-side coaching to ensure quality customer service
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Life and Health license and the ability to license in 50 states
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Experience as a Mentor in a contact center environment
- Ability to exceed KPIs and develop a motivated team
- A flexible schedule and proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical skills
