A company is looking for a Consumables Specialist to provide customer support and service related to coffee and Bevi customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service through phone and electronic inquiries
- Monitor accounts, create work orders, and handle customer complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams and strategic vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- At least two years of previous Customer Care experience
- Ability to multi-task and switch between different communication channels efficiently
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must be resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
