Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze application problems, document, resolve, or escalate issues to Tier 2 support
  • Engage in daily operational calls with stakeholders to review high-profile issues and updates
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PC setup, browser optimization, access issues, and network problems using remote technology tools
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications and database management tools
  • Specialized training in system configuration and ITIL experience
