Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze application problems, document, resolve, or escalate issues to Tier 2 support
- Engage in daily operational calls with stakeholders to review high-profile issues and updates
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC setup, browser optimization, access issues, and network problems using remote technology tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and database management tools
- Specialized training in system configuration and ITIL experience
