Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions and concerns efficiently
- Document customer accounts accurately in client systems
- Follow scripts and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
