Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions and concerns efficiently
• Document customer accounts accurately in client systems
• Follow scripts and procedures while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• Flexibility in working schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
• Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
