Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with some college or business school education preferred
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Experience in a high-volume call center and claims inquiry procedures
  • Basic computer operations knowledge and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality laws
