A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members and medical providers
- Adjust claims accurately and ensure first contact resolution
- Educate callers on member benefits and update customer files
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with some college or business school education preferred
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience in a high-volume call center and claims inquiry procedures
- Basic computer operations knowledge and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality laws
