Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Account Support Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely actions
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow to customers
- Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration for new products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
- Experience in product support industry and understanding of sales for end user computing and data center products
