A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies and additional products
- Provide expert knowledge of products and services to ensure customers have appropriate coverage
- Demonstrate empathy and care for customers setting up new claims after accidents
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
- For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required, with training provided for those not already licensed
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access
