Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician - Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, ensuring effective patient care and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with a current certificate
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
