Senior Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer with a focus on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack, including pipelines and deployments
• Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure automation and CI/CD behaviors
• Provide advanced technical guidance on database integrations and lead incident triage

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
• Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools
• Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
• Familiar with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
