Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack, including pipelines and deployments
- Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure automation and CI/CD behaviors
- Provide advanced technical guidance on database integrations and lead incident triage
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
- Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools
- Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
- Familiar with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
