Donor Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Manager to oversee donor database operations and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor databases and ensure data integrity and reporting
• Coordinate fundraising campaign logistics and analyze campaign performance
• Develop donor stewardship strategies and manage donor communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least three years of professional work experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Minimum of one year experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
