Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative to provide remote support for payment assistance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Field requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means for card activation and program eligibility
- Provide first level support for problem resolution and document information specific to resolutions
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
