Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate weekly interactions and provide feedback to CSRs to enhance service quality and consumer satisfaction
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members while fostering a positive team environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate proficiency with PC software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices
