Key Responsibilities
- Answer and process customer calls to optimize the customer experience
- Provide timely resolutions and educate customers on product use
- Document customer interactions and assist in training and mentoring fellow technicians
Required Qualifications
- Typically 4 or more years of related experience
- High School education or vocational training
- Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
- Bachelor's degree preferred
