Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Tech III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and process customer calls to optimize the customer experience
  • Provide timely resolutions and educate customers on product use
  • Document customer interactions and assist in training and mentoring fellow technicians
Required Qualifications
  • Typically 4 or more years of related experience
  • High School education or vocational training
  • Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
