Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services
  • Assist with billing inquiries and account-related support, including updates and cancellations
  • Document customer interactions and respond to inquiries via email and voicemail


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment and attend daily training sessions
  • Proficiency in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Prior experience setting up or managing a wireless network is a plus
