Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services
- Assist with billing inquiries and account-related support, including updates and cancellations
- Document customer interactions and respond to inquiries via email and voicemail
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment and attend daily training sessions
- Proficiency in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
- Prior experience setting up or managing a wireless network is a plus
