Required Qualifications
- Experience in a consumer-focused Customer Service role
- Active pharmacy technician license is preferred
- Ability to work at a desk taking calls and completing casework during assigned shifts
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Must have access to necessary equipment and a designated workspace
