Job Summary
A company is looking for an EHR Support Analyst - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
- Research and resolve client issues and requests while managing case backlog
- Represent client needs and concerns when interacting with various departments
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a technology component
- Experience using an EHR is preferred
- RCM / Medical Billing experience is preferred
- A Bachelor Degree is preferred but not required
- Technologically proficient, using various software applications
