A company is looking for a Starry Expert (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support interactions via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with scheduling, account-related questions, and issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience
- 1+ years of call center or contact center experience handling moderate to high call volume
- Ability to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space
- Experience with hardware, complex technical services, or in a SaaS company or IT environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with Zendesk and previous remote work experience
