A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative & Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex inquiries
- Assist the Founder and Lead Developer with task intake, prioritization, and progress tracking
- Create instructional content and maintain communication regarding task status and organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in North or South America
- Prior experience with databases or technical tools is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a remote work environment
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Patient, empathetic, and upbeat approach to communication
