Remote Insurance Verification Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative to assist patients with insurance approvals and medication access remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients to ensure timely access to care
• Perform benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Handle billing, claims, and reimbursement questions

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
• Experience with health plans or specialty pharmacies is preferred
• Prior experience with pharmacy benefit management, benefit verifications, or claims is desired
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
