Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
- Experience with health plans or specialty pharmacies is preferred
- Prior experience with pharmacy benefit management, benefit verifications, or claims is desired
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
