Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues from start to finish
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely responses
- Assist with reservations, data maintenance, and VIP requests while supporting hotel operations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and work with department operating systems
- Basic math skills for calculations and data handling
